Heatson Heating Services specialise in the servicing, maintenance and installation of oil fired central heating boilers. Based in Limerick, We have been servicing the surrounding Counties since 1979. We have over 40 years experience servicing and maintaining oil fired boilers both domestic and commercial. Established in the 1960's by Jerry Flanagan heating services we are very much a family business with an excellent reputation built on the back of providing professional services for well over 50 years.We are an OFTEC registered business. Servicing and Maintenance
Keeping on top of routine servicing and maintenance reduces your fuel bills and prolongs the life of your boiler. A routine service includes a full clean and inspection of the appliance. For pressure jet boilers we also analyse the flue gases to ensure the appliance is running at its optimum efficiency. We are OFTEC registered for the servicing and maintenance pressure jet central heating boilers We offer routine servicing and maintenance on either an Annual Service Contract or Demand Service basis.

Boiler Comissioning
Our boiler commissioning service ( Boiler passport 2009) ensures that your new boiler is set up correctly and running at its optimum efficiency. We also notify manufacture via the Boiler Passport 2009 scheme which is supplied with every new boiler to validate warranty.

Installation
We are able to offer the installation of high efficiency condensing boilers to replace older inefficient systems , plus system upgrades if you have the old fashioned gravity hot water open vented system. Installing a new high efficiency boiler and upgrading your system will help towards reducing your fuel bills.All old boilers and material is removed and disposed of in accordance with environmental laws.

Efficiency Testing and Gas Analysis
The fuel-to-air ratio is critical in ensuring efficient boiler operation. Analysis of the boiler’s ue gases for levels of carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2) and carbon monoxide (CO) will determine whether this ratio is correct and what adjustments need to be made. Flue gas analysis will be carried out at each annual service to make sure your heating system is safe and running at maximum efficiency. installation= system upgrades

Repair Breakdown
Appliance breakdowns are inconvenient and often occur in the midst of winter, so we offer a breakdown emergency call out service. For our Annual Service Contract customers we aim to respond the same day, plus all of our vans are fully stocked with a range of spare parts and components so we can get you back up and running straight away.

Power Flushing
Power flushing can remove undesirable corrosion residues,scale and sludge formation restoring circulation and efficiency and preventing future problems. Symptoms which indicate that a heating system would benefit from Clearflow power flush include ,
Radiators need frequent bleeding.
Some radiators are completely or partially cold.
Radiators with pinhole perforation due to sludge buildup.
Repeated Circulating pump failure due to abrasive rust particles in water.
Boiler noises due to poor system circulation
